Recent Projects
The Process
We'll help select a house plan if you don't have one. In the beginning, customers let us know their budget. Once the loan process is understood to be underway, we prepare the contract to be accepted and signed.
First-time home buyers: We can direct you to a local bank for financing if needed.
Once the loan amount is understood and underway, we show you a projected topical budget from which selections/options will be guided.
We help you refine selections for your personal style inside and out choosing colors, appliances, flooring etc. to fit your budget.
Once financing is underway, the funding (known as a 'draw') will start the building process.

Our 1-2-10-year warranty includes coverage for one year on workmanship and materials; coverage for two years on delivery portions of systems (the wiring, piping, and ductwork in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating, and mechanical systems); and coverage for 10 years on major structural defects.
